Apple Cider vinegar is good for all types of things. You can use it as a conditioner for your hair, a soak for your veggies, a preventative against heat stroke for your chickens… But did you know that it’s also great for your body internally?
I’ve taken it as a cure for heartburn—my best friend told me about that one when she was pregnant with her first kid— to soothe an upset stomach, and even to get rid of toxins in my body. It’s also great for weight loss as it can shrink fat cells and keep you from being as hungry.
The only problem is I HATE taking apple cider vinegar. It stinks. I want to puke when it comes near my nose so I usually only use it as a last ditch effort when I don’t feel good or that heartburn just won’t go away.
Thankfully, some brilliant people decided that they should turn it into a pill form. It still smells like ACV when you open the bottle but after you take out a pill or two to ingest, the smell goes away. You don’t belch that nasty smell or taste, which is a huge plus for me. And the best part is that you can actually take these with you to places and won’t get crazy looks from chugging a bottle of vinegar after eating Mexican food.
I love that someone put these into pill form and plan to buy them as long as they make them! You can get your own from Amazon, but make sure you come back here and tell me what you’re planning on using them for.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
